MEET YOUR PERSONAL STYLIST DANYEL

I am a certified Personal Stylist having trained with the London College of Style. 

Here’s a little bit about me and my background.

I’ve had a love for fashion from a young age and my childhood gave me the perfect exposure. Growing up as a young girl in London, I remember most weekends were well spent wondering purposely through London markets with my mother and grandmother searching for the latest fashion trends and bargains.

I landed in the fashion world professionally on my sixteenth birthday when I started working for an iconic English department store in the womenswear department; the sweetest present for my sixteenth birthday. I later moved up to specialize in women’s outerwear, assisting female shoppers in finding the perfect jacket or coat to suit their style and lifestyle. After University, I was offered a highly sought-after position at the UK’s biggest fashion publication, ELLE magazine where I worked for five years. I specialized in print and online fashion marketing and advertising and was heavily exposed to the world of fashion trends, fashion shows and events including the prestigious annual ELLE Style Awards. I worked with renowned UK fashion clients to help build their brands and fashion advertising campaigns. More importantly, I honed in on those relationship building skills with my own personal clients and understanding and meeting their needs through our collaborations.

Regular business trips to Europe’s fashion capital, Paris, and the earlier advantage of living in the south of France as a student, gave me an appreciation of how French women dress. I discovered French women’s appreciation for investment shopping, classic styling and dressing to their own signature style as opposed to dressing religiously to trends; style values I have instilled in myself and others since.

The ‘London High Street’, as I like to refer to the world of London fashion, is where I lived, worked and breathed fashion in a more dynamic, contemporary and fast-fashion culture before relocating to Perth with my Australian partner in 2012. 

I worked in print and digital media in Perth before deciding to pursue a career and launch a business of my own as a Personal Stylist in Perth after becoming a mum.

I have worked as a Personal Stylist since 2018 and am a graduate of the prestigious London College of Style having completed their Diploma in Women’s Personal Styling. Despite living in Perth for a decade now, I feel my beloved London has never left my soul or style and so, I feel I bring a unique edge as a Personal Stylist in Perth.

With two young children of my own, I know the daily juggle of work and family commitments. I also know first-hand how women’s self care can easily fall to the bottom of the list. I understand that we go through times in our lives where we don’t prioritize ourselves and often we can lose ourselves and our identity.

I am proud to empower and inspire women of all shapes, sizes and ages to become the best versions of themselves and to love and own their personal style.
